Under the provision of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any goods or services that we have provided for you.

If you are notifying us of your intention to cancel within a period of 14 days after your purchase, we will refund all the money paid to us by you for the service you are cancelling. If you are cancelling out with this 14 day period, the amount we will refund to you is set out in paragraph 15 of our Terms and Conditions.

The form below can be used as a recognised and accepted method to notify us of your wish to cancel but you are free to write to us by post or email if you prefer. Please note that we cannot accept any form of verbal cancellation for any goods or services we have provided to you. All cancellations must be received in writing or by using the form on this page. If you are writing to us by post, you must hand sign the letter.
